Concrete Leveling Technician
From start to finish, Liftech’s concrete leveling technicians are the most experienced and capable team in the front range. In Colorado, concrete leveling is essential for homeowners because our soils contract & expand under all structures. Well-spoken & presentable as a customer-facing employee. Must pass background check & have a driver’s license.

Foundation Repair Foreman

Location: Colorado Front Range
Year-Round, Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week, Occasional Overtime + Weekends
- Oversee the installation of our products and services. Prioritize and schedules duties of all service technicians. Daily, Weekly, & Monthly.
- Monitoring the progress of home foundation repairs & waterproofing. Ensuring budget and scheduling dealines.
- Effectively, profitably, and ethically lead a team of service techincians to provide our customers with superior quality and service. We take pride in our brand, customer support and ethics – this leadership role should be aligned.
- Recognize customer satisfaction as the ultimate measure of Liftech’s success, striving to impress customers to the extent that they enthusiastically recommend us to their neighbors and friends.
- Travel to various locations within our service area (Colorado Front Range) and perform construction work in customers’ homes.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork by going above and beyond to achieve success for your installation team, the organization, and yourself.
Concrete Leveling Foreman
Performance based compensation: $40-$50/hr based on aptitude
Location: Colorado Front Range
Year-Round, Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week, Occasional Overtime + Weekends
- Confident, well spoken, experienced leader. Minimum of 5 years of constriuction management experience.
- Possesses intimate knowledge of construction, hand and power tools.
- Experience in operating heavy equipment.
- Confident, responsible and dependable. Presentable as a customer-facing employee. (We provide company uniforms.)
- Be clean and organized when it comes to operating and maintaining our tools and equipment.
- Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to make administrative decisions independently of upper level management.
- Oversee the installation of our products and services. Prioritize and schedules duties of all service technicians. Daily, Weekly, & Monthly.
- Ensuring budget and scheduling deadlines.
- Lift heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs.
Sales Representative
Liftech Sales Reps are experts in polyurethane leveling foam jacking, basement waterproofing and foundation solutions. This role are professionals who work closely with Colorado homeowners to diagnose issues and provide accurate estimates for repairs.
Denver Metro Location
Commission Role. Income varies from $75k/year – $200k/year depending on performance.
Year-Round, Full-Time
Liftech Maintenance Technician (Part Time)
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel trucks and Bobcat excavators. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Location: Lakewood, Co
Hours: 15-30 a week
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour DOE
