Foundation Repair Foreman
Performance-based compensation ~$40-$50 an hour depending on aptitude
Denver Metro Location
Year-Round, Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week, Occasional Overtime + Weekends
Ideal candidate:
- Confident, well-spoken, experienced leader. Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience.
- Possesses intimate knowledge of construction, hand and power tools.
- Experience in operating heavy equipment.
- A problem solver.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Confident, responsible and dependable. Presentable as a customer-facing employee. (We provide company uniforms.)
- Be clean and organized when it comes to operating and maintaining our tools and equipment.
- Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to make administrative decisions independently of upper-level management.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation of our products and services. Prioritize and schedule duties of all service technicians. Daily, Weekly, & Monthly.
- Monitoring the progress of home foundation repairs & waterproofing. Ensuring budget and scheduling deadlines.
- Effectively, profitably, and ethically lead a team of service technicians to provide our customers with superior quality and service. We take pride in our brand, customer support and ethics – this leadership role should be aligned.
- Recognize customer satisfaction as the ultimate measure of Liftech’s success, striving to impress customers to the extent that they enthusiastically recommend us to their neighbors and friends.

- Owners
- Marketing
- Front Desk
- Concrete Leveling
- Accounting
- Travel to various locations within our service area (Colorado Front Range) and perform construction work in customers’ homes.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork by going above and beyond to achieve success for your installation team, the organization, and yourself.
Physical Requirements
All the functions and expectations of a normal construction worker.
- Lift heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs.
- Walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor.
- Good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
- Stamina for physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens are required.

Schedule:
- 8-10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Meet at the Liftech headquarters location in Lakewood, Co by 6:45am & travel to customers’ homes in the Denver Metro Area each day.
