Year-Round, Full-Time

Liftech Sales Reps are experts in polyurethane leveling foam jacking, basement waterproofing and foundation solutions. This role are for professionals who work closely with Colorado homeowners to diagnose issues and provide accurate estimates for repairs. We understand the unique challenges that homeowners face when it comes to maintaining a level, dry, and secure foundation.

With their knowledge and expertise, highly skilled technician staff, & industry best products – our sales professionals are able to recommend the most suitable solutions for each homeowner’s specific needs. They take the time to understand the concerns and requirements of Liftech’s customers, ensuring that our solutions align with their expectations.

By partnering with Colorado homeowners throughout the process, our sales professionals establish trust and ensure clear communication. They guide our Colorado homeowners through the options available, explaining the benefits and costs associated with each solution. This collaborative approach allows homeowners to make informed decisions that are tailored to their individual situations.

Ideal candidate:

  • Confident, well-spoken, & comfortable in extroverted situations.  An excellent problem solver & great communicator.
  • Possesses intimate knowledge of our services & products. All things related to concrete leveling, concrete, foundation repair, & waterproofing.
  • Confident, responsible and dependable. Presentable as a customer-facing employee. (We provide company uniforms.)
  • Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Positive & hardworking.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation of our products and services.
  • Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline. Following up with customers. 
  • Recognize customer satisfaction as the ultimate measure of Liftech’s success, striving to impress customers to the extent that they enthusiastically recommend us to their neighbors and friends.

  • Concrete Leveling
  • Accounting
  • Travel to various locations within our service area (Colorado Front Range) and perform estimates in customers’ homes.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork by going above and beyond to achieve success for your installation team, the organization, customers, and yourself.
  • This role isn’t about obtaining the highest sales, which many sales roles are accustomed to. This role’s function is to help Colorado homeowners in finding the best solutions. We pride ourselves in low-pressure, ethical, & highly educational interactions between our estimators & Colorado homeowners.

Schedule:

  • 8-10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
