Concrete Leveling Technician

  • Performance based compensation: $30-$40/hr based on aptitude

Role Responsibilities:

  • Coming to the Liftech headquarters location in Lakewood, Co in the mornings & traveling to customer’s homes in the Denver Metro Area each day.
  • Once at a job location, drilling injection holes into concrete & injecting poly foam to correct sinking concrete issues.  
  • Ensuring budget and scheduling deadlines.
  • Effectively, profitably, and ethically provide our customers with superior quality and service.  We take pride in our brand, customer support and ethics – this leadership role should be aligned.  
  • Recognize customer satisfaction as the ultimate measure of Liftech’s success, striving to impress customers to the extent that they enthusiastically recommend us to their neighbors and friends.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork by going above and beyond to achieve success for your installation team, the organization, and yourself.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous concrete lifting or construction experience, though not absolutely required.
  • Be familiar with spray foam applications and equipment (generators, compressors, reactors, injection guns, hoses, etc.) (not required).
  • Be familiar with concrete installation and repair (not required).
  • Be a problem solver.
  • Be confident, well-spoken, and presentable as a customer-facing employee. (We provide company uniforms.)
  • Be confident, responsible and dependable.
  • Be clean and organized when it comes to operating and maintaining our tools and equipment.
  • Be willing to take direction and follow guidance from supervisors, yet work independently.
  • Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
