Is Your Concrete Letting You Down?

If your concrete letting you down, it’s time to call Liftech!

COST-EFFECTIVE & PERMANENT CONCRETE REPAIRS ARE LIFTECHS SPECIALITY.

The Spring thaw is right around the corner! Our soils are constantly moving, and with freezing, thawing, flooding, and drought, those soils contract and expand causing nightmares for homeowners. You don’t have to visit many homes in the Front Range to see the damaging effects Mother Nature can wreak on concrete flatwork in and around homes during any season. It’s not uncommon for homeowners to find their sidewalks, walkways, porches, patios, driveways, garage floors, basement floors, or portions of their home have sunk and settled as a result of soil movement and compaction in and around their property. Homeowners are often faced with the daunting and expensive task of replacing their failed concrete. Many make the mistake of repairing their concrete the old way – by mudjacking it.

THERE IS A BETTER SOLUTION!

Liftech Corporation uses an advanced process of concrete leveling. We inject an expandable polymer under failed concrete to raise and level it permanently. The polymer seals and conditions the soils (often the root of the problem), adheres to the concrete from below, and eliminates the failing condition altogether. Simply stated, it is the best alternative to replacing concrete or repairing concrete via antiquated mudjacking technology which has a tendency to fail repeatedly.

SOME OF THE BENEFITS TO HOMEOWNERS:
REPAIRING VERSUS REPLACEMENT:
  • SAVE MONEY! Repairing is typically HALF the cost of replacement.
  • SAVE TIME! You can use your concrete within minutes of being repaired versus several days.
  • SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT! Broken concrete is already choking our landfills and our product is non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
LIFTECH VERSUS MUDJACKING:
  • IT LASTS A LIFETIME! Polyurethane is solid and impermeable, versus the sand and water mix found in mudjacking (Why inject MORE “soil” on already failing soil?)
  • SOIL STABILIZATION! Polyurethane mixes with and treats the soil.
  • LESS INVASIVE! Few penny-size injections are used versus numerous unsightly, large holes.
  • IT’S FAST! Polyurethane cures within minutes, not days.

If your concrete needs a facelift, contact Liftech for a free estimate!
