2023 was a challenging year for Colorado homeowners & small businesses like oursevles.  Mortgage interest rates were high, concerns of a recession, inflation, and a general cloud of cautious uncertainty in people.  We talked about 2023’s good & bad, what we learned, and our strongest approach going into 2024.
