Liftech Corporation Breaks Ground On New Company Headquarters in Lakewood, Colorado

Liftech Is Located In Lakewood, Colorado

Liftech Corporation (www.LiftMyConcrete.com), a polyurethane concrete stabilization company founded in Colorado, has broken ground on its new headquarters in Lakewood. Liftech’s new state-of-the-art facility will be located in the Green Mountain area near Alameda Parkway and Union Boulevard – conveniently located to serve Liftech’s customers throughout the Denver Metro area and beyond. “The groundbreaking on our new facility in Lakewood is a vital step in our growth as a company; a move we always planned on making, and we are thrilled to achieve this milestone sooner than planned!” explains Darren Crotchett, Founder and President of Liftech. “When we started this business 4 years ago, we never dreamed we would see such explosive growth in our company and in the industry as a whole. We knew there was a lot of failed concrete out there, but never did we imagine it was so far-reaching and extensive as it is in our region.”

Liftech Specializes In Concrete Leveling & Foundation Repair

With revenue growth of over 300% in the past 4 years, it is no surprise that Liftech has outgrown their small “garage” in Littleton’s GarageTown community. Brian Lehnerz, Vice President, explains, “We currently have 3 full-time crews running repairs throughout the city on any given day. By this summer we will have a 4th crew to handle the increased demand for our services – the additional space needed can’t be accommodated at our current facility.” Liftech can permanently repair a customer’s concrete at a fraction of the cost and time it would take to repour it, so they can fix a lot of concrete on any given day. This means they will help over 1,500 customers in 2016. “Our customers often find us through word-of-mouth since we do such great work and save them thousands of dollars over the alternative of replacing their concrete. Not to mention the minimal hassle. Our competitive edge has allowed us to exceed our goals and fast-track towards building our new headquarters which will be our home for many years to come.” Not only will the new facility store all of Liftech’s highly specialized equipment, trucks, and trailers, but it will also serve as a launching point to expand our concrete leveling services to include structural foundation repair in addition to soil and concrete stabilization throughout the Front Range and eventually all of the Mountain States.

What exactly does Liftech do? Liftech specializes in lifting and stabilizing concrete structures that have failed over time utilizing an advanced polyurethane injection process with minimal mess and a 15 minute cure. “If you can walk, stand or drive on the concrete and it has settled, we can fix it!” explains Darren. “There is nothing proprietary about this technology; we just figured out how to make it better and deliver it consistently knowing our customers must be happy with the end result.” Liftech is passionate about helping customers living with uneven concrete including many who can’t afford to or don’t want to replace it. “Our customers are so thrilled with the end result, that hugs and tears are not uncommon!” says Brian, who is also in charge of sales for Liftech. “The product sells itself and we are proud to be the premier company in Denver doing these type of repairs!”
