Raising Stamped and Decorative Concrete

Lifting Decorative, Colored, & Stamped Concrete

A lot of people ask if Liftech Polyurethane Concrete Raising is a better fit for raising and stabilizing sunken stamped and decorative concrete than traditional mudjacking. The answer is…YES! Liftech is a better alternative to mudjacking when it comes to stamped and decorative concrete for several beneficial reasons:

MORE PLEASING TO THE EYE!

You have decorative concrete because you wanted to beautify your outdoor areas. Liftech repairs and preserves the look of this large investment. Our polyurethane injections do less damage to decorative concrete than mudjacking. We drill fewer holes for the injection, which are a mere 5/8” in diameter (about the size of a penny). The holes can often be placed in grout lines, helping to conceal them further, and once patched, the holes can hardly be seen with the naked eye. On the other hand, mudjacking holes are 2” in diameter and leave ugly scars throughout your stamped and decorative concrete! Liftech preserves the look of your stamped and decorative concrete!

LASTS LONGER!

By applying an expansive polyurethane foam beneath the surface of the concrete, rather than a slurry of wet mud and sand used with mudjacking, Liftech raises AND stabilizes the underlying soil to prevent future failure. Polyurethane cures and hardens into an impermeable structure that is a barrier to moisture, chemicals, insects, rodents, additional ground movement, and erosion. Initially, mudjacking and polyurethane foam can elicit the same results – lifting the concrete. Over time, however, mudjacking often erodes, fractures, weakens, and breaks down resulting in another failure. Liftech is a permanent solution!

QUICKER & CLEANER!

After approximately 15 minutes, the polyurethane foam is cured and ready to return to service! You can enjoy your porch, patio, walkway, or driveway as soon as we are done! Mudjacking requires days to harden and creates a mess with numerous large holes requiring patching – large permanent scars in your decorative and stamped concrete. Liftech is quick, clean, and minimally invasive!

SAVES MONEY!

Liftech is a permanent solution, unlike mudjacking which often fails repeatedly. Repairing concrete via polyurethane injections is typically half the cost of tearing out and replacing it. The savings on stamped and decorative concrete versus tear out and replacement are even greater! Not only will Liftech save you thousands of dollars but you won’t have to call us again!

Polyurethane Concrete Leveling Is The Best Choice For Lifting Decorative Concrete.

Liftech Polyurethane Concrete Raising is the all-around better choice when it comes to lifting sunken stamped and decorative concrete! If there are larger issues causing your concrete to sink, don’t worry yet again because Liftech also offers Foundation Repair services. This also means our estimators will be able to identify any and all issues with your concrete.
